Introductory Dharma Talk by Alan Wallace

Starting on Feb. 27th, 2007, Dr. B. Alan Wallace guided a group of 37  
individuals in the first three-month retreat of the Shamatha Project.  
Throughout the three-month retreat these individuals underwent nearly  
24 hours of scientific measures, making this the most rigorous  
scientific study of meditation that has taken place to date.
