There is, incidentally, no accuracy at all in the label "narcissistic" when applied wholesale to people who subscribe to any particular approach to meta-ethics. "Narcissist" is a psychological term and is probably best applied by a trained analyst after considerable exposure to the analysand to whom it is applied. It isn't something to be thrown around lightly, lest it be construed as a form of ridicule that has the effect, as Dan puts it so well, of blunting accuracy.
