I have heard that some in this and every age would claim to convey Gotama as well as the entirety of his mind and life, perhaps perfectly, as a path to fame, fortune, ... , demagoguery, or mere serenity. How is one to know when all shared, as well as not, appears to be learning (conditioned mind?)? Richard Basham
