Mark Jurgensmeyer, co-editor of "Buddhist Warfare" has a newish 
interview over at The Immanent Frame:

The book "Buddhist Warfare" is mentioned nowhere, even in the little 
blurb introducing Jurgensmeyer. Which seems a little odd considering the 
high profile of the book, as academic anthologies by religious studies 
scholars go.
