I do not think it's a matter of getting worked up, not in any way. Just 
wondering what is the reason behind enlightenment's (and not awakening's) 
career in Buddhology.  The choice between the two was always there. Why 
"being in the presence of light" was (and still is, with some exceptions) 
considered better than "being awake"?
