How about the Buddhist monks who cooperate with these biz
outfits? Too bad they don't spit on them all. The reason they do
not, of course, is that those who collaborate already are struck
by a sense of their superior virtue, compassionately offering it
to help the perplexed in the biz world, thinking that their
intervention will make significant differences. Not. It could
even teach people how to be even more manipulative than they are
now. Speaking of manipulative, NPR is today worse, if possible,
than it was under Bush, today loaded with even more infotainment,
plus that vapid "Market Watch" program that openly or subtly
supports Republican views while we now have an alleged (?) Dem
controlled government. Anyone ever hear that NPR program
"Speaking of Faith"? Aargh.
Moving on:
Wow, Steve--what kind of health insurance is that? never heard of
one that good. Please tell us more.
Thanks, yes today first day feeling almost symptom-free but still
weak.
The best of it all was that I avoided going to hospital!
heheh--but it was nip 'n tuck Tuesday night-- I won't describe
the scenario of what would have been happening in hospital with
an IV in my arm. The thought of THAT kept me at home.

>I already, presently, have insurance that gives me--in addition
to great standard care--access to "certain" alternative care, all
paid or with a small deductible. Would I like to see that
increase to include "Tibetan Medicine" or non-MD based Ayurveda?
Damn straight I would. I already have massage when prescribed by
a physician, acupuncture and chiro 11 times before I need an MD's
added prescription. Decent, I'd say. But it needs to expand to
even more alt-regimes (that need to all work towards legit.
certification) that are truly viable. Once that occurs,
alternative options could create a watershed to cheap healthcare.
Or cheaper anyhoo.
Guess you must be feeling better,
Steve
