It has been said that the Buddha only rebuked two disciples, both of  
whom were of low caste. That is not an example I feel inclined to  
follow.

Condescendingly flattering a woman for saying what a man says is  
another example I do not feel inclined to follow.

There are tow or three examples that someon can find if he is really  
determined to see them, but it is hardly a major theme in the nikāyas.
