Is that not the tanden (tan tien) or thereabouts?

Reminds me of the joriki point, so to speak, so emphasized in Rinzai Zen 
(e.g., John Daido Loori's teachings).

Speaking of leaders, there's a Yahoo News article today about 
narcissists as leaders:
