You're welcome.
Speaking of more books to read, I've Jon Kabat-Zinn's _Coming to Our
Senses: Healing Ourselves and the World Through Mindfulness_ and Zindel
Segal's _Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression: A New
Approach to Preventing Relapse_ on order.
I liked K-Z's _Full Catastrophe Living_ well enough but wanted
something that focused primarily on mindfulness. FCL is a rather
lengthy description of his treatment approach to chronic, intractable
pain.
However, one interesting aspect is his use of "body sweeping," which
sounds a lot like the Vipassana method taught by S.N. Goenka.
I was surprised to find such a variety in Vipassana. Winston King's
book, discussed here previously, provided the first hint, and
Kornfield's _Living Dharma_ (formerly _Living Buddhist Masters_, but
some are now deceased) was an excellent elaboration.
