All I can say is, Bugger!
First the gigantic RR that wends its way full of Hans into Tibet, now this. 
There won't be anything left when the oil multinationals get in. Oil 
drilling and exploration is one of the dirtiest, most polluting of 
development scenarios. And it creates not that many jobs, either. Ask the 
Nigerians. Unless they preclude bringing their ten ton equipment in favor of 
using human labor.
I hope they all keel over from altitude sickness and go home.
