Yes--I was thinking about the tendency for religious leaders to call for
peace and compassion even when most of them know, or should know, that just
calling for it doesn't effect it.

Nice try, but I'm afraid this is about one tribe against the other and
tribalism is in the Birmese genes. Muslims in the other states are OK as far
as I have seen.
