[Buddha-l] Buddhist stupa to be moved from NM Petroglyph Park

The Japanese "peace bell" placed in a municipal park in Tennessee (AK 
Bissell Park), which was litigated for a long time (Buddhist scholars Steve 
Heine and Miriam Levering were among the expert witnesses called to 
testify), came to a happier conclusion. The bell remains.
