Carr's book was the common reading for TCU this fall.  I found it very
much worth reading.  It makes the point about how the internet is rewiring
our brains (as writing/print transformed oral/aural learning) quite
effectively, without being a polemic.  In discussion, the students also
agreed with him.  Andy
