Karma means that the agent bears some consequences of his deed, but it
is not about responsability, Karma is not a judge. One is responsable to
a person for something. Responsability is total, karma was in the time
of the Buddha just a fact of life and despite Gampopa's later musings no
one knows it's mechanics (if this exists at all).
