I assume Mr Kobutsu is in the best postition to answer this question from
his perspective. From a metaphysical perspective 'why' already presumes
'that' it is different and that it is different for a reason. Then it's
useful to specify what the Buddhadharma is and ultimately how 'different' is
understood in this question. If there are no shortcuts, then, ladies and
gentlemen, we have a lot of work to do.
