[Buddha-l] Abdhidharma vindicated once again

Hi,

According to MN 44 (Culavedalla Sutta) and SN 36.11 (Vedanasamyutta: Alone), bodily formation (defined as in-breathing & out-breathing) ceases at the fourth jhana. 

It is probably difficult to assess (to differentiate) beyond the fourth jhana.
So, even if there is no foul play on the part of the Swami, we cannot say he was in nirodha samapatti.
