[Buddha-l] Second Tibetan Monk Burns Himself to Death in Protest

Lobsang Sangay, who was sworn in last week as the kalon tripa, or prime 
minister, of the Tibetan government in exile, is apparently using the monk 
Tsewang Norbu's self-immolation (the second this year) as an occasion to 
offer an official comment signaling his approach to China, and he has used 
the NYT's Op-Ed page to do so.
