Recently a group of Buddhist meditation  teachers (non academic) met to 
discuss a variety of topics. Both the old guard,  i.e. US Buddhist meditation 
teachers such as Joseph Goldstein and Jack  Kornfield, and new wave US 
Buddhists were represented.
