Artur, there is always room for poetry.

> Poetic imagination, though, thrives on such equivalences.

For instance, originally Abraham's name was Avram (Abram in typical
transcription).

אברם Avram

God changes his name to AvraHAm, adding the letter he ה so that the name
becomes אַבְרָהָם. The h is supposed to be borrowed from YHVH, so the
renaming is a way that God sanctifies Avram => Avraham.

אֵבֶר (pronounced ai-ver, the ai in raise) means limb, organ ; (literary)
wing ; (colloquial) organ (penis).

That seems fitting, given he is the one who enters into the covenant (Brith)
with God, which is marked on the body by circumcision.

If one adds a he ה to that root -- Alef-Bet-Resh אבר -- so A-V-R-H, that
makes the noun feminine, and gives it a new meaning: אֶבְרָה (pronounced
evrah) plumes, pinion ; (Biblical) wing

Also poetically fitting.

Shiva is a linga, but is Brahma(n) a penis?
