That's why the more extreme Pakistani press immediately accused the India 
and the Hindus of being behind it.

Note how the piece goes from stating the bombing was committed by 
"non-Muslims" to watering down the claim by the end to "...this is the Hindu 
who could dare to do it and who could easily use the illiterate semi-Muslim 
and a brained washed jihadi of the tribal belt or from southern area of 
Punjab to carry out such an operation..."

As the actual bombers begin to be identified, they turn out to be local 
Muslims.
