Yup, Gary, google books has made major chunks of the book available for
quite some time. Notice the link on the left for the hardcover edition at
amazon.
In case you want to read the missing chunks, the paperback version is
available for sale at
http://tinyurl.com/zb7d0d
at a 10% discount for $35.95 -- not bad for over 600 pages.
But Gary has the right idea. There are quite a few books available for
online reading (and occasionally download) through google books (and other
sites) so it is worth checking around. Google has been fending off lawsuits
and class action suits concerning their offering books online, so their
preparing of further books has slowed dramatically, and they are limiting
what they offer. Still worth checking nonetheless.
