Article 3 of the 1962 Act states:

"Article 3. The Act on the Administration of the Buddhist Order
of Sangha
2484 shall be repealed."

Going back to the previous Act, the BE 2484 (1941) Act, Article 3
states:

"Article 3. As and from the date of coming into force of this
Act, all other laws, by-laws and regulations, in so far as they
deal with matters governed by this Act or are inconsistent with
its provisions, shall be repealed."
