Sure.

The train appears, preceded by an annoying whistle, roars past,
then disappears without leaving a trace.
Thus observed, the train has demonstrated impermanence,
unsatisfactoriness and emptiness.
To perform this exercise correctly, however, one must not behave
like the characters in the film "Trainspotting."
