Thanks for the reference. Now I can go check the current state of my
memory and reassure myself that there is a great deal of wisdom in the
policy of those Japanese universities that require professors to
retire at age 62 on the grounds that anyone older than that is
completely useless as an academic. (Or is "completely useless as an
academic" redundant?)
