[Buddha-l] buddha-l gathering

I'm so glad that some of us find Barlaam and Jehosaphat a
wonderful story, although why, beats me. I find it just utterly
boring. 

It's much less interesting by far than the Kalila wa Dimna Arab
rendition of the Panchatantra. Of course the Buddha is missing
from the latter tales, but then, not really, they being tales of
samsaara in all its glory plus moralizing observations here and
there.
