To all for you who are eager to unsubscribe from buddha-l (and who can  
blame you), it ain't done by making a plaintive appeal fo the whole  
readership,  but by going to the buddha-l website and following the  
instructions there about managing your subscription.

i.e., click on "http://mailman.swcp.com/mailman/listinfo/buddha-l"  
above (which is at the bottom of every email distributed by buddha-l.)

The service you want is toward the bottom of the page, below where the  
administrator logs in.

bon voyage  It is easy to resubscribe any time you want to should you  
ever get the notion.
