And er... clobber with the Middle Way too...
not too hard or too soft - but with just the right effort.

Too hard and it's a knockout instead of a "wakeup" call!
Too soft and it's just gentle chiding without effect!

If you clobber with a pure mind and no attachment to the result then 
it's OK. Otherwise - just make sure to sneak up from behind and run away
