[Buddha-l] John McRae's new book on Shenhui

In his 2003 book "Seeing Through Zen: Encounter, Transformation, and
Genealogy in Chinese Chan Buddhism" (great book by the way) John McRae
mentioned that he had another book forthcoming, provisionally titled "Zen
Evangelist: Shenhui (684-758), Sudden Enlightenment, and the Southern School
of Chinese Chan Buddhism."



I done various searches but cannot locate this new book. Does anyone know if
it appeared and under what title?
