Wow, if you guys hired somebody in Indian Philosophy/Pali Buddhism, UNM would be an absolute powerhouse.  Are the powers-that-be leaning in said direction?

By the way, Prof. Hayes, if you don't mind me asking a personal question, could you give me a little hint as to how long you are planning on staying at UNM?  The reason I ask is that I will be applying to PhD programs this fall and your answer will have direct bearing on whether I apply to UNM or not.
