[Buddha-l] Burma or Myanmar

The Canadian Broadcast Corporation has an informative background piece on the 
political ramifications of referring to the country so much in the news 
recently as Burma or Myanmar. (Short version for those with limited time: the 
two names are phonetic variants of the same word, but the variant one chooses 
to use speaks volumes about one's political allegiances.)
