I just sadly discovered through Wikipedia, this wasn't the oldest Dutch fragment anymore. As could be feared the oldest fragment is indeed a religious quote: 

‘Gelobistu in Got alamehtigan fadaer?’ (Do you believe in God, the almighty father?).
