Wallace has two books which treat the issue of focused mind--_The
Attention Revolution_ (2006) and _Balancing the Mind_ (2005). _Balancing_
uses Tsong kha pa's 'Smal Exosition of the Stages of the Path to
Enlightenment' as a base text (it's subtitled 'a Tibetan Buddhist approach
to refining attention); _Attention_ works with Kamalasila's 'Stages of
Meditation'. Haven't read either yet but can post the tables of contents
if you like. Fairly good information available on both at
www.wisdom-books.com
