[Buddha-l] Update?

Dear Denizens of Buddha-L,

Several weeks ago there was a query concerning Paul Groner's translation 
of the second volume of  Akira Hirakawa's A History of Indian Buddhism.  
Did anyone manage to establish contact with Paul Groner?  If so, when is 
the next volume likely coming out?
