The first is vedana conditioned by ones heart / mind (citta) that is worldy in that one is dominated by unskilful states like craving or hatred. The second is spiritual in that ones citta is more ethically oriented. An example being ones conscience, a heart/mind state that conditions an experience of painful spiritual feeling (bad conscience) or pleasureable spiritual feeling (good conscience) depending on what one has done.I think spiritual is ethical in nature and of the four satipatthanas predominantly to do with citta, but, like faith, it may or may not be informed by wisdom.

Ethics is about what we think someone should do here in this world. It's about what is justifiable, so it's worldly. Ethics is reflection on morals and we need morals in order to live together. Morals is not about nirvana, it is about what people do. Some people like deontological ethics, which supposes the existence of metaphysical principles or universal moral laws. Such things might be called nonworldly or otherworldly. The other kinds of ethics are about virtues of real people in daily life or results of actions in this worlds, so nothing s*** here. The only way you can stick morals to a religious ideal is if you worship a tribla god. Then religious can be defined as everything what's good for the tribe.
