Yes, this sounds correct. Another version on "meme" is a shortening  
of "vMeme" or a value meme as used in Spiral Dynamics where it's an  
"idea attractor" (an aggregatation of ideas). It's a popular Gen X  
term. Memes are contents, vMemes are their containers.
