Obligatory Buddhist content: members of this list dwelling in London and or the USA & Canada should consider availing themselves of this Syracuse U. program.
It's one thing to rant on about terrorism, it's another to learn about the alleged source of it all via a savvy, academically sponsored program that covers the gamut. My guess is that after enrolling in this program and staying with it, customers will look at Islam and its many variations with more compassion and less BS than formerly.
If any Buddhists enroll, I hope they'd consider asking questions in the Sufi segment as to what are the differences if any between the Sufis and some kinds of Buddhist practice. I cannot alasa enroll--I live in the USA.
If you are not currently enrolled in any instituton, suggest writing to ask if you can join up.
Best wishes,
Joanna
