I'm writing according your views in this list. I can cite thousand of
your commentaries against rebirth. As everybody knows.
If you are saying that some of your views in this list are not the
reflection of your academic writings, of course there is nothing to
say. On my side, I think it is morally correct. In the same way that
some doctor can smoke but when he don't recommend us to make the same
thing, still he can be a good doctor for anybody. Save your efforts in
explaining that other of your views are in agreement with Buddha.
Here we are talking in this list context, about that view on rebirth
present in your messages.
I cannot find in your website any paper around rebirth. If you don't
give concrete references, then I understand that your views in this
list are a mere speculation, not enough to be transposed to your
academic writings.
In this case, I hope that some of my comments can be of some help to
polish your view in this matter. Also I hope that still you have an
open mind to extract what you think it can be useful from any source.
In such case, there is not need to express any agreement. At least I
don't need it.
