Kidding aside - think about the now (in)famous case of the student who 
was visited by Homeland Security because he requested a copy of Mao's 
"little red book" through interlibrary loan. If someone were, for 
example, doing research on modern day religious persecution in Asia, 
writings pertaining to the Chinese Communist Party would probably need 
to be on their reading list. So be careful out there!
