This sutra may be the one contained in the Ratnakuta collection 
compiled by Bodhiruci between 706-713 CE. Of course, that doesn't give 
us a date of composition, and many of the sutras in Bodhiruci's 
compilation were previous Chinese translations that he simply included 
'as is.' (See Nattier, A Few Good Men, pp. 34-5, for a brief discussion 
of the Ratnakuta.) I don't know for sure whether this sutra was one of 
the 27 that he was responsible for translating at that time. It is 
Sutra 35 of that collection, Taisho 310, pp. 566-571, translated in 
C.C. Chang, A Treasury of Mahayana Sutras. You can get the Chinese 
title from that book.

In "The Bodhisattvapitaka," Pagel says it one that is translated by 
Bodhiruci and gives the Sanskrit title as "Acintyabuddhavisayanirdesa."

He lists another Chinese Translation, also by Bodhiruci, done in 693 CE 
(T. 340), and the Tibetan title as 'phags pa sangs rgyas kyi yul bsam 
gyis khab pa bstan pa zhes bya ba theg pa chen po'i mdo (P. 760.35, D. 
79). Perhaps this text might be related in some way to D. 187??
