It looks to me as if either a moderator---probably myself---hit the
wrong key or that it was a software glitch of some sort that led
to the rejection of your message without giving a reason.

Normally if a message is rejected by a moderator who does not specify
a reason the notice of rejection says that it was because the
moderator deemed the message unsuitable---or something like that.
