This comes up every once in a while. It is quite easy for person A to 
prove their "actual" existence to person B. All person A needs is a 
large stick and "the will to use it", as the saying goes. Usually only 
one such "proof" is required, but if necessary the proof can be repeated 
until person B is ready to admit person A's existence. This proof 
doesn't work via email, but there are variants that can be applied to 
snail mail (but they probably violate federal laws). The "stick proof" 
was very popular among old school Zen Masters in China. It can easily be 
generalized to a large class of metaphysical questions.
