Hi,
Are these statements correct? If they are, can you provide some supportive
evidences eg. suttas.
"Nirvana is an eternal state of being. It is the state in which the law of
karma, and the rebirth cycle come to an end. It is the end of suffering, a
state where there are no desires and the individual consciousness comes to
an end."

Hal> IMHO, the statements are somewhat not correct. It just seems so overly
accurate and formalized for Nirvana to be this or that. I question things
that are so easy to fit into a the eternal category. If this is what
Nirviana is, what isn't?
