My books are half packed ready for my next move to another part of the
world, but I can offer you this "phonetic" list:
Gampopa and Rechungpa (the best known two - afaik the only two who
themselves did much teaching)
Shiwa Od Repa
Seban Repa
Ngan Dzong Changchub Gyalpo
Khyira Repa
Drigom Repa
Sangye Khyab Repa

With a bit of luck you can identify them in the 100K or the Life from these.
