Alex, I read a copy in the WBO library the 1980s (now in Birmingham, UK) and my
conclusion is that Conze circulated copies of the typescript to friends and
colleagues - in this case it was a copy sent to Sangharakshita. There are
therefore probably various copies around. I understood that he had published the
first two volumes himself.
