speaking of karma, here is a nice quotation from Shinran:
"Because you lack the karmic necessity to kill even a single person, you do
not commit murder. That is why you do not kill, not because YOU are GOOD.
On the other hand, even though you did not want to kill, it may so happen
that you nevertheless kill hundreds or thousands of people>" and he would
apply this to Rumsfeld, Rove, and me and thee, would he not?
