   I  agree.  I  have  not  problems  with  "the Buddha," that I
translate  into  Spanish  as  "el  Buda."  I  have only problems
translating  expresions  as "chating the Buddha's name," because
this  capitalized  Buddha  usually  (if  not  always)  refers to
Amitabha.
