Being in the wrong place at the wrong time was certainly the lot of the 300,000 victims of the recent Indian Ocean Tsunami - and of the 6 million victims of the Holocaust. These two situations raise interesing questions for a Buddhist 'theodicy' inasmuchas one was so heavily nature driven while the other was of human design. Any thoughts?
