[Buddha-l] Bhagwan, etc.

This is purely anecdotal evidence, but I have noticed that when
Christians say "Lord" they are referring to Jesus Christ, when Buddhists
say "Lord" they are referring to one of the buddhas, and when my
philosophical colleagues say "Lord" they are referring to Bertrand
Russell. I have never heard anyone call him Bhagavan Russell, but I am
thinking of starting the trend.
